Khadijah Iskandar

Khadijah Iskandar is a seasoned banker with wealth of experience in financial industry of close to 30 years.  She has comprehensive in understanding of banking industry, trends and strategies, having served various leadership roles in commercial and development financial institutions. 

She was listed as one of the top 300 most influential women in Islamic Business and Finance in Women-I report 2020 and 2021. She has developed a strong business acumen starting from her early career stage where her primary roles were to acquire and maintaining profitable relationship with SMEs, as well as local and multinational companies.   With this invaluable skill, she is able to continue to develop competency of business owners by being mentors to emerging SMEs. She is currently an independent non-executive director of RAMSOLL Group Bhd, the first technology company listed in ACE with presence in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia.

Pn Khadijah Iskandar, was the Covering President and Chief Executive Offi­cer (P/CEO) of Agrobank, a leading Development Financial/Banking Institution in Malaysia. Prior to her role as the Covering President/CEO, Khadijah Iskandar was the Chief Risk Offi­cer at Agrobank since May 2017. Before that, Pn Khadijah was the Senior Vice President, Credit Risk at Bank Rakyat. Pn Khadijah also served in her other previous roles, as the Head, Risk Management at Al-Khair International Islamic Bank; Head, Islamic Credit at Hong Leong Islamic Bank; Head, Credit Management at RHB Islamic Bank; and Senior Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking Division at RHB Bank Berhad, a full commercial bank with regional presence in ASEAN.

She is a Chartered Professional in Islamic Finance (CPIF), Certi­fied Credit Professional (CCP), accredited IBFIM trainer in Islamic Risk Management, Islamic Business Financing and Islamic Banking Operation, and holds a degree in Accounting from University of Denver, Colorado.
